Woollies Going Green with Macro Whole Foods instore: tapping trends

Where else have you seen trend of FMCG retailers upgrading their stock and including premium/organic/green brands post-GFC? 

This is a trend that only hit a speed-bump during the GFC and which is now coming back full force (important to brands to still communicate value with its premium positioning though).
