We have gone from 2020 vision to tunnel vision in one year.
Last year we engaged in a qualitative talk-best that, in the absence of execution, at least stretched our brains a little.
Now we are deep into scitomatic tunnel vision.
In a recent Harvard Business Review article I read, my claim that we need to focus on 'full force forward / back to basics' are backed up by the following comment - says the author: we need 'a rapid but measured approach - simultaneously defensive and offensive - to tackling the challenges posed by the downturn'.
