Today there are a lot of different apps that can help you with your exercise and workout routine. Those of you who are already using fitness apps like Nike+ and Fitbit know how helpful they can be. Despite these brilliant apps and wearables I can sometimes feel worried that I'm not exercising properly or not working on the part of the body I want to focus on. However, the startup Athos is tackling this challenge with their new smart apparel app.

 

Athos smart apparel have built-in sensors that can track and measure muscle activity, heart rate and respiration in real time, the data is then sent to the app. So with the help of this smart apparel that is connected to an app you can improve not just every workout but also every rep and set.
