My 2025 Experiment
Last year, I made one seemingly small shift: a digital detox in the mornings.
Instead of waking up and immediately scrolling through social media or diving into my Gmail inbox, I changed the ritual entirely. Now my mornings look different:
That's it. One boundary. One hour reclaimed.
The result? A massive productivity boost. But more importantly, a mental health transformation I didn't see coming.
